Economist with expertise on risk capital, academic entrepreneurship, business development and corporate governance. Initiator of the Polish Corporate Governance Forum. Author of numerous publications on corporate governance (the first in Poland, a voluntary code of corporate governance, the White Paper and corporate governance ranking), the capital market and venture capital in Taylor Economics responsible for strategy development, innovation and development and evaluation and design of the public policy programs for government institutions.

Cofounder and managing partner at Taylor Economics. A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk. An expert with several years of experience in the field of business consulting for corporations and evaluation of public support programmes for the development of the entrepreneurship and venture capital market in Poland. In the years 2001–2008 he was associated with the Gdansk Institute for Market Economics, cofounder of the Polish Corporate Governance Forum. Author and co-author of publications on the capital market and corporate governance, a member of the team worked on the first polish corporate governance code and capital market architecture in Poland.

From 2004 business consultant responsible for raising capital for early stage, start-ups and growth projects in cooperation with business angels and venture capital funds. Since 2007, he was actively involved in the construction of the alternative trading system NewConnect and initial public offering of shares of the developing companies. In the Taylor Economics responsible for financial advisory, business model design, corporate investment readiness and evaluation of the public support programmes.

Habilitatus Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics and Finance. Till 1992 researcher associated with Department of Econometrics of the University of Gdansk, from 2013 Associate Professor in the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdansk. Member of research teams conducted projects in the field of Finance for institutions such as Narodowy Bank Polski, the National Centre of Research and Development and Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.

A specialist with extensive knowledge in the field of quantitative methods, modelling, forecasting and simulations applicable in the corporate practice. She successfully deals with the application of these methods in practice to risk management, impact assessment and supports management decision-making processesin enterprises and public institutions.
